Membership of the APSF is open to all individuals and organisations with an interest in patient safety issues.

- Discounted attendance at APSF conferences
- Information sharing opportunities
- The right to vote at Annual and Special meetings.
Please note that membership does not provide entitlement to use of APSF software systems.
Fees
The current annual fee for individual membership of APSF is A$40.
If you would like to become a member, please fill out the application form on our Become a member page and either:
(i) pay using PayPal or credit card
(ii) post with a cheque, bank draft or money order for the appropriate amount in Australian dollars to:

Alternatively, credit card payments can be processed over the telephone (08 8302 2447).
Due to security concerns, the APSF advises against emailing the application
form.
